Our Chronic Disease Management Clinics are generally held in the afternoons, by our Nurse Specialist. In conjunction with the Lead Doctor for that disease group, she manages the following:
Diabetes
Asthma/COPD
Coronary Heart Disease /Stroke
Hypertension
Atrial Fibrillation
Obesity/weight management, Smoking Cessation and Cytology/Smears are managed by our Practice Nurse, Kerri Wright.
