Our Community Team includes, District Nurses, Health Visitor, Midwives, Physiotherapist, Dietician and Primary Mental Health Care Practitioner..
The practice also provide a Counsellor and a Bone Density Scanning service.

Our Practice Nurse, Kerri Wright, is a Level 2 Smoking Cessation Advisor. If you want to quit smoking, why not make an appointment to see her? She can give you advice and information regarding Nicotine Replacement Therapy, coping with cravings and withdrawal symptoms.
